Positive: Location was great, about 10-15 minute's walk to most of the city attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Really value for money with good location and good use of space in the room. Rooms were bright and clean, really liked the spacious bathroom.

Negative: Soundproofing wasn't great, but I am not very bothered by it. Maybe for those sensitive to sounds, it could be an issue. I could hear the other guests talking along the walkway. The switches were designed along the headboard of the bedframe and this made it noisy whenever the switches were used. I could hear when the guests next door used the switches.

Negative: The hotel look older than the photo on Booking.com website. The front hotel too dark and makes too hard to find the hotel location. Hallway carpet look old too. It’s not 4 star hotel ..

Positive: Great location, clean rooms. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I slept super well here!!!

Negative: The staff who greeted me were very nice, but the staff that checked me out weren’t as nice. One of the ladies spoke in quite an accusatory and impolite tone. The soundproofing of the rooms was also not amazing but luckily the people around me didn’t make much noise.

Positive: without breakfast, per agreement, however there is a comfortable room and a superior coffee machine to use for free

Negative: the background music was always the same eternal loop wit good classical piano (solo), some variation would be advantageous

Positive: The hotel is next to main room and with quiet environment. Staff are warm to guest. Rooms are tidy and clean. However, the parking is a little difficult with small lane. Staff is helpful in assisting parking. Thank you.
